This site and service are operated by Pasha Foods, located at 1402 Clyde Ave, Ottawa, ON K2G 3H9, Canada. Throughout this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Pasha Foods. Because we sell wholesale only, our service is intended for businesses and their authorised representatives — not for the general public or consumers.

We collect the following information directly from you when you register and use your account:

• Business details: Business name, business type (restaurant, deli, grocery, café, catering, or other), and your business address — street, city, and postal code.
• Contact information: The owner or contact person’s name, email address, and phone number.
• Account credentials: Your email and a password, used to create and secure your account. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored by us in readable form.
• Order information: The products you add to your cart, the orders you place, quantities, and your order history.

We do not collect payment card numbers on this website, and we do not sell your information or run third-party advertising trackers.

We use the information above only to run our wholesale service:

• To create your account and verify and approve your business for wholesale pricing.
• To show you wholesale pricing and let you browse the menu and place orders.
• To process, prepare, and deliver your orders to your business address.
• To send you account emails, order confirmations, and PDF invoices for your orders.
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• To keep the service secure, prevent misuse, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

We keep your information private and share it only with the trusted providers that make this service work. Each processes your data on our behalf, under their own security and privacy commitments:

• Supabase: Stores your account and order data and handles secure sign-in (authentication).
• Resend: Sends transactional emails such as account confirmations, order confirmations, and invoices.
• Netlify: Hosts the website and delivers it to your browser.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Pasha Foods, our customers, or others. We never sell your personal information.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart while you use the site. These are necessary for the service to function — we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time, but you may need to sign in again afterward.

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active and for as long as we need it to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it. You can ask us to close your account and remove your information at any time (see below).

Access to your account is protected by secure authentication and encrypted connections (HTTPS). We limit who can access customer data and rely on reputable providers with industry-standard security. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and to keep it accurate and up to date.

Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario law, you can:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Ask us to delete your information and close your account.
• Withdraw consent to non-essential communications.

Our service is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority.

We may update this policy from time to time as our service changes or the law requires. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
